In a fast-paced world filled with distractions and pressure, we offer students the tools to slow down, tune in, and take care of their mental and emotional health.

What We Provide
Weekly Yoga & Breathing Sessions
In partnership with professional arborist Anthony Lay, students received hands-on training in the care and cultivation of fruit trees. They learned to identify tree species, understand pruning and maintenance, and appreciate the value of long-term environmental care. These sessions help students see themselves as caretakers of both land and legacy.

Daily Journaling & Reflection
From solar energy to sustainability practices, students were introduced to the growing world of green jobs.
Workshops and demonstrations showed how environmental stewardship can lead to meaningful careers—whether in clean energy, landscaping, urban farming, or climate advocacy. We aim to equip every student with the knowledge and exposure needed to envision a future where their work makes a difference.

Creating Space for Stillness, Strength & Self-Care
The Mindfulness & Mental Wellness program is more than an activity—it’s a life skill. By teaching youth how to care for their inner world, we help them approach the outer world with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
