See the Impact Firsthand

Here’s a powerful testimonials from  the youths who participated in our Summer Program.

From gaining real-world skills to building confidence and leadership, these videos captures the transformation that happens when young people are seen, supported, and empowered.

At PBC Green Team, our youth programming goes far beyond STEM, music, or a paycheck. We are raising up the next generation of freedom fighters—young leaders who understand their legacy and are equipped to shape a better world.

This is a space of purpose, discipline, love, and exposure. We’re teaching our youth more than skills—we’re showing them how to carry themselves, listen with intention, work as a team, and understand the power of their own voice.
