What We Provide

Budgeting & Financial Empowerment

Workshops led by MidWest America professionals taught essential money skills—budgeting, saving, and understanding financial responsibility. We believe financial literacy is key to lifelong independence and opportunity.

Staying Informed & Speaking Up

Each day, students journaled about current events, fostering awareness, reflection, and purpose. Guest speakers—ranging from community activists to elected officials—challenged students to think critically and engage with the world around them.

In one defining moment, youth participated in a live Zoom session with our funders, passionately advocating for their own pay. They didn’t just learn civic engagement—they lived it.

CPR & Life-Saving Skills

Preparedness extends beyond the classroom. Students received CPR training, learning how to respond in emergencies and potentially save lives. These skills build confidence and reinforce the value of being equipped to care for others.
